2 Eggs
Shredded Cheese
Diced Ham
Diced Onions
Mushrooms
Chopped Green Peppers
Bacon Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Crack 2 eggs into quart size ziplock freezer bag. Add any or all of the above ingredients or any other topping you choose. Seal & shake contents of bag. Bring large pot of water to boil on stove. Put ziplock bag into boiling water & boil for 13 minutes. Remove bag from water, open bag & slide omelet onto plate.

These work well for large groups of people. Ziplock bag may be marked with a Sharpie for identification.
