2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup marg. (1 1/2 sticks)
1 box (1lb.) dark or light brown sugar
1 T vanilla
3 large eggs
3 cups add-ins

Directions:

Add Ins: pecans, walnuts, dried cranberries, dried cherries, chocolate chips, toffee chips, and or sweetened flaked coconut. (Any of the above)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 15 1/2x102 jelly roll pan on waxed paper, combine flour, baking soda & Salt.
In a 3 to 4 quart saucepan , melt marg. over med heat. Remove saucepan from heat, stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, stir until well mixed Stir in flour in mixture and add-ins just until well blended. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake blondie 25 min. until toothpick insterted into 2 inches from edges comes out almost clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE; blondie will firm as cools. Cool in pan on wire rack.
When cool, cut blondie length wise into 4 strips, then cut into each strip cross wise into 6 pieces.
