1 c uncooked rice
~2 c. chicken broth
4 T. butter
1 large onion sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice. Preheat oven to 350. Brown sliced onion lightly in butter. Add the rice. Cook it in the butter over low heat for about 4-5 minutes, stirring to let it brown evenly. Heat broth to boiling and pour over rice until it is a good 1 ½ inches above the rice. Cover and bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until liquid is absorbed
