4 chicken breasts
flour
1 egg mixed with 2 tbsp water
seasoned bread crumbs (about 2 cups)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chives (freeze dried)
oil

Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts with mallet. Dredge chicken in Flour, dip in egg mixture and dredge in bread crumbs. Put pat of butter and ¼ tsp chives in middle, roll up & put in toothpick.
Brown both sides of chicken in pan with vegetable or olive oil. Either continue cooking on stove top or finish cooking by baking in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
