1/4 lb butter
1/8 tsp parsley flakes
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
6 T. flour
1/2 cup light cream
dash pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
dash salt
1 egg yolk, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add garlic clove and sauté 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, flour. Combine heating on low flame, adding broth, cream, beaten egg yolk and parsley flakes. After sauce starts to thicken, add Parmesan cheese. Keep heating on low for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over noodles.
