4 heaping cups cubed apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda

Directions:
Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with your hands until well blended. I always mix the dry ingredients together first,
then add the rest. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.

I like to mix this with my hands, it helps to mix and get some of the juice from the apples. Have a spatula ready to scrape off your hands when your done. It's well worth the dirty hands! :-)
