1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

SPICY TOPPING:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:

Combine oil, egg and milk in a large bowl. Combine with the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together the spicy topping. Pour the batter into a greased 9 inch pan and top with the spicy topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 27 minutes.
