4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pounds steak cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 loaf French bread, cubed
1/4 cup Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Heat half of butter over medium heat in saucepan. Whisk in flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Lower the heat and slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture thickens and starts to boil. Stir in the cheddar cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover to keep warm. Thread steak and bread on separate skewers. Brush steak cubes with Italian dressing and brush the bread cubes with olive oil. Grill.
