3 c. water
2 pkg Quick Rise yeast
8 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp oil
1 tsp. salt
8-9 cups flour to make soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and 4 cups flour. In a separate bowl, whip eggs, sugar, oil and water. Add flour and yeast mixture, blending well. Add salt and 4 cups of flour 1 cup at a time and mixing well in between. Knead well until dough smooth and no longer sticky. You may need additional flour to be added a little at a time to achieve this. Put in an oiled bowl making sure to oil the top as well. Let rise for 15 min. Punch down and let rise again for 15 min. Punch down, shape into buns and place on greased pan. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Use this dough recipe to make cinnamon buns or ham & cheese buns.
