1 baking potatoe, 3 tbsp. fat free cream cheese, 1 tbsp. fat free cream cheese, 2 tsp. skim milk. Chopped onions if desired. Salt and pepper to taste. top with paprika.

Bake potatoe on 350º for about an hour or until soft.
Remove potatoe center filling and place in a bowl. Mash well. Add all the above ingredients. Mix well. Replace in empty potatoe skin. Broil until cheese bubbles.
