½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup brown sugar
4 nectarines, sliced (4 cups)
¼ cup amaretto liqueur or ½ tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar; cook until melted. Add nectarines; cook 10 minutes or until caramelized and tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat; stir in amaretto. Return to medium heat; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla
