5 Potatoes
1 Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
5 Hard-Boiled Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Celery Seed
1/2 lb. Bacon
1 heaping big spoon of Flour
3/4 cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes about 40 minutes. Skin then slice potatoes into large mixing bowl. Chop up onion, green pepper, and hard-boiled eggs - adding all to bowl. Sprinkle in salt and celery seed.

Cut in little pieces 1/2 lb bacon and fry crisp. Add to bacon grease the heaping big spoon of flour and stir. Add vinegar and water, stir. When it bubbles, pour in sugar. Stir until the color is transparent, and then pour over the potato mixture and mix all together well.

Serve immediately - taste it is best before refrigeration.
