½ cup butter, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar plus extra for garnish, divided
1 cup plus 3 tbsp all-purpose flour, divided
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ lbs white or yellow peaches (3 or 4 large), peeled,
finely chopped (4 cups)

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan. Beat butter and ¼ cup of the powdered sugar in large bowl at medium speed until combined. At low speed, beat in 1 cup of the flour. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes or until set.

Meanwhile, whisk eggs in medium bowl. Whisk in sugar, remaining 3 tablespoons flour and lemon juice.

Arrange peaches over crust to cover completely. Pour egg mixture over peaches. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set (do not over brown). Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar right before serving.
