3 LB. TRI-TIP ROAST
CHOPPED GARLIC
SEASONED SALT & PEPPER

MARINADE:

1 CUP A-1 SAUCE
1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE

Directions:
STUFF ROAST WITH GARLIC CHUNKS. SEASON WITH SEASONED SALT & PEPPER. MIX A-1 SAUCE, WORCESTERSHIRE AND SOY SAUCE. POUR OVER ROAST. MARINATE AT LEAST 1 HOUR. THE LONGER YOU MARINATE THE BETTER. SLOW COOK ON BARBECUE GRILL. SLICE AND SERVE ON FRENCH ROLLS.
