3 cups Gold Medal flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups Crisco
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg in a cup and add vinegar and water. Set aside. Cut Crisco into flour and salt until mealy. Add egg and water mixture to flour; mix. If too stiff, add a small amount of water. Makes 3 or 4 crusts. It can be rolled out, put into pans, and frozen in foil.
