RINSE BEANS IN COLD WATER.PUT BEANS IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, COVERED WITH WATER. ADD DESIRED AMOUNT OF MINCED GARLIC, CHOPPED ONIONS AND YELLOW CHILI.ADD GARLIC SALT & SALT & PEPPER BRING TO A BOIL AND COOK UNTIL BEANS ARE TENDER, SEVERAL HOURS. YOU MAY COOK OFF THE WATER IF YOU LIKE OR LEAVE DESIRED AMOUNT OF WATER. YOU CAN HAVE THEM AS SOUP BEANS OR BEANS TO SERVE WITH MEXICAN FOOD.
