Ingredients:  
4-6 Chicken breast filets
1 T. olive oil
1 c. chicken broth or water
3/4 c thinly sliced red sweet peppers
3/4 c thinly sliced green sweet peppers
1 sm - med thinly sliced onion
1 can cream of ( chicken or celery or mushroom) soup
salt and pepper to taste
garlic and onion powder to taste

Directions:

Rince and gently pat dry chicken. Add salt pepper, onion and garlic powder,
Brown and cook til about 1/2 cooked
Add veggies and saute til slightly tender
Add broth and soup.
Stir well.
Simmer on med heat approx 20 min
Serve over rice or cornbread dressing. etc.
