ON A COOKIE SHEET, PLACE INDIVIDUAL TORTILLA CHIPS. ADD DESIRED AMOUNT OF CHEESE ON EACH TORTILLA. TOP WITH A JALAPEŅO. BROIL IN OVEN UNTIL CHEESE HAS MELTED AND TORTILLAS ARE LIGHT BROWN.

GEORGE AND I TRIED THIS ON OUR BARBECUE THIS SUMMER AND THEY WERE DELICIOUS. PUT THE COOKIE SHEET ON THE TOP TRAY AND CLOSE BARBECUE FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE.
