1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER
4 GREEN ONIONS SLICED
3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
24 OZ. LA VICTORIA SALSA SUPREMA
1 13 OZ CAN LA VICTORIA TOMATILLO ENTERO

PLACE MEAT IN DUTCH OVEN WITH WATER TO COVER. BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT. SIMMER COVERED 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN. ADD BELL PEPPER, ONION & GARLIC. COOK UNTIL TENDER.STIR IN SALSA & TOMATILLOS. COVER AND SIMMER FOR 1/2 HOUR. SERVE OVER HOT RICE
