1 pkg. (12 oz) oven ready lasagna noodles, 2 15 oz. containers of Ricotta cheese, 2 c. reduced fat mozerella cheese, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. grated Romona cheese, 1 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1 tsp. dried basil, 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce, 1 cup water, 1 lb lean ground beef, 1/2 lb italian sausage.

Preheat oven to 375º. Brown ground beef and sausage in large skillet.

In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta, 1 c. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. reduced fat cheddar, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, 1/8 c of Romona cheese, eggs, basil; mix well.

In another medium bowl combine spaghetti sauce, 1 c. water, and ground beef and ground sausage; mix well.

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, spread 1 1/2 c. of meat sauce. Place 4 sheets of lasanga noodles over meat sauce. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture over lasagna; top with 1/3 of meat sauce. Repeat layering once. Top with 4 sheets of lasgna noodles then sauce. Sprinkle with remaining Mozarella, cheddar, Romona and Parmesan chesse. Wrap the lasanga with a double layer of foil. Bake for 55 to 60 mins. Let stand for 10 mins. sealed before cutting and serving.
