1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, using your hands, combine the ground chuck with the ketchup, basil, thyme, salt, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Grill the patties over direct high heat until medium, 8-10 minutes, turning once. Add cheese during last minute of grilling.
