3/4 c chocolate chips, 1 stick butter, 1 3/4 c sugar, dash of salt, 1 c four, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c chopped nuts

Melt chocolate chips and butter, stir in remaining ingredients by hand, spray muffin cups with cooking spray and fill 2/3 full with batter, bake at 325º for 30 mins. makes 18-20
