1-10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 8 large red potatoes boiled and peeled, 4 Tbsp. butter, 3/4 c sour cream, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 Tbsp. chives, 1/2 tsp. dill weed, 2 c cheddar cheese, grated.

Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain in strainer and squeeze to remove moisture. Prepare potatoes by smashing and then add all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Place in 2 qt. casserole and top with cheese. Bake 400 for 20-25 min. serves10-12
