1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 white onion, chopped
1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup milk
1/4 cup jalapeņo juice
1/2 cup jalapeņos, chopped
1 tsp. salt
seasoned salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; stir until blended. Dough should be stiff, not runny. If dough is too runny, add flour, and if too stiff, add milk. Heat peanut oil to 350 degrees, and spoon dough into hot grease. Fry until hushpuppies are golden brown and float to the top.
