6 eggs (separate)
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream
4 pt. milk
1/2 pt. bourbon (opt.)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks with 1/2 c. sugar.
In another bowl, beat egg whites and 1/4 c. sugar.
In third bowl, beat cream until thick.
Add cream to yolks, then fold in egg whites. Add milk, bourbon, nutmeg and vanilla. Chill and enjoy!
