2 Tenderloin steaks (4-6 oz each)
2 bacon slices
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 pkg instant onion soup mix
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. all purpose flour
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap steak with bacon. Secure with string. In a medium skillet melt butter and
brown steaks for two minutes on each side. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender. Mix flour with water, wine, lemon juice, soup mix worcestershire, and parsley. Add to skillet. Simmer, turning steaks occasionally. Cook eight minutes or until tender.
