2 potatoes
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges. Brush each wedge with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Check and continue cooking until brown, maybe another 10 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
