3-4 white potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can milk
8 slices American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice potatoes into buttered baking dish. Add salt, pepper, cream of onion soup and milk. Top with cheese slices. Repeat. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. If you prefer only one layer, limit cheese to 4 to 6 slices.
