Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
salt/pepper to taste
16-32 oz can of Chicken Bouillon
Potatoes
1 bag of Frozen Egg Noodles
1 large bag of Frozen Corn
flour for thickening (about 1/4 c.)
celery salt for taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a large pot, cover with bouillon and water (I usually do 1/2 water and 1/2 bullion). Add celery and onion, bring to a slow boil until chicken is done. Remove chicken from bouillon/water mixture and cool. Set liquid aside. Remove the skin and chicken from the bone. Put the chicken back into the liquid. Thicken with flour, add frozen egg noodles. Bring to boil, then simmer.
Cook potatoes and make mash potatoes.
Cook frozen corn per direction on package.

Top a pile of mash potatoes with chicken and noodles, then top that with corn.
Sprinkle celery salt on top.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is my favorite dish of my moms, and is completely from memory and some guessing. I think I have mastered her recipe cause my kids sure love it. Mom usually makes the noodles from scratch (or used to), but that requires a lot of work.. So I buy my noodles. Sorry mom!
