3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 Teaspoon sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup green or red sweet pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion

Directions:
Directions:
Use plenty of water to cook macaroni. Add a tablespoon of butter to water. Cook until tender, but not mushy. Drain and run cool water over noodles. Do not allow them to sit in the hot water. Put 1 Teaspoon of mayonnaise in cooled macaroni to keep from sticking. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator to cool. In large mixing bowl stir remaining ingredients together with cool macaroni. Cover and put in refrigerator overnite.
