1 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
cup sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
1/2 cup Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Save 3 Tablespoons juice. Mix sugar, flour and juice. Toss cheese and pineapple into 2 quart casserole. Pour sugar mixture over pineapple. Top with buttered crackers. Bake 20 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
