6 – 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 – 8 bacon slices
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 4 oz jar dried beef
Yellow Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place strip of dried beef on top of each chicken breast, roll chicken so beef is inside. Wrap each rolled breast with a slice of bacon. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Mix soups and sour cream together, pour over top. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight before cooking. Cook at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with yellow rice.
