1 large Rump or Sirloin Tip Roast
2 envelopes of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Suggested seasonings to taste – garlic, basil, salt & pepper
1 10 cup pot of coffee
2 to 3 Tablespoons cornstarch or flour

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse roast and pat dry. Place roast and 10 cups of coffee into a large deep roasting pan or corning ware roaster. Add seasonings. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove roast from coffee / juices and slice on the diagonal. Pour coffee / juices into a boiler and heat until boiling. Add flour or cornstarch to 1 cup cold water, blending slowly and add to boiling mixture to thicken then add Lipton soup mix, blending well. Pour back into original pan or roaster. Add sliced meat. Bake another hour at 350 degrees.
