1 ½ pound beef cube steak
2 tablespoons all purpose four
1 teaspoon salt
2 16 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 small onion sliced thinly
1 stalk of celery slice thinly
1 medium carrot (or 10 mini carrots) slice thinly
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Flour cube steak which has been seasoned with salt and pepper. In an electric skillet brown the meat on both sides in oil. Add undrained tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low heat. You can add water to think gravy or if too thin you can mix a little four with water and stir into the mixture. Cook and stir until heat thoroughly. Serve with rice or noodles.
