Crust:
1 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. white sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
Filling:
1 lb. cream cheese, softened at room temp.
1/2 c. white sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Crust:
Mix all three ingredients together well. Press into a 9 1/2" greased spring-form pan. Put in freezer while preparing filling.
Filling:
Beat all four ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth (about 3-4 mins). Pour into pan with crust and spread evenly.
Bake at 375º for 20 mins. Remove and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Raise oven temp. to 475º.
Topping:
With spoon, mix all three ingredients only until well blended. Pour over cooled baked part. Starting at side going to center, spread until even, gently.
Bake at 475º for 10 mins.
Cool completely then refrigerate over night.
