1 20 oz. roll of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. pkg of cream cheese
Fresh fruit (for instance: kiwi, mandarin oranges, pineapple, bananas, strawberries, peaches, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cookie dough into 1/8" slices. Place on ungreased pizza pan, slightly overlapping.
Bake for 12 mins at 375. Let cool.
Mix togther: cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Spread cream cheese mixture onto COOL cookie crust.
Arrange fruit on top of frosting mixture.
Note: for fruit that typically turns brown (i.e. bananas) - sprinkle with lemon juice first.
