2 tbsp Argo Corn starch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cheddar cheese
8 oz. elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine corn starch. salt, dry mustard, pepper; stir in milk until smooth. Add butter. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil one minute. Remove from heat. Reserve 1/4 c. of cheese for topping, stir in the remaining cheese until melted. Add macaroni. Turn into greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered in 375º over 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
