4 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c butter, softened
1/4 c milk
1 to 1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c snipped chives
1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and mash.
Add the cream cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in the green pepper, cheeses, chives and pimientos. Transfer to a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until browned and heated through.
