Pecan Pie Recipe

3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Cream sugar and butter, beat eggs and add to sugar.
Add other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell (I always use Pillsbury frozen pie crusts).
Bake at 425 for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 375 and bake until firm - 30 - 40 minutes.
