2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon
10 oz. ketchup
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut raw bacon strips into thirds. Wrap each small strip around 2 slices of water chestnuts. Secure with toothpicks. Place side-by-side in a 9x13 Pyrex dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
In the meantime, mix ketchup and sugars. After first 30 minutes of bake time - pour this mixture over the bacon/water chestnuts. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
Serve warm.
