6 c chopped or shredded cabbage
1 c sliced red peppers
1 c sliced green peppers
1 1/2 c sliced celery
1 c sliced onion
3/4 c shredded carrots
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp celery seed
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp dry mustard

Toss vegetables together in a large mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. Toss to mix. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blend flavors
