3 c. peeled/chopped Red Apples
1 package of fresh cranberries
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 stick of melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a clean bowl, mix together the first four ingredients. Spread mixture evenly on bottom of 9x13 Pyrex dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the last five ingredients. Pour this mixture on top of apple/cranberry mixture and spread evenly.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

This is one of my favorites to make for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
You can do preparation the night before and bake it the day of.
