1 (16 oz) pkg. of rainbow 5 cheese tortellini
1 (8 oz) block mozzarella cheese - cubed
1 (7.5 oz) jar sundried tomotas, drained & halved
3/4 cup of Girards Champagne dressing
36 (3-4 in) fresh rosemary sprigs

1. Cook totellini according to pkg directions. Rinse with cold water, drain well and cool completely.

2. Cut cheese into 36 (1 in) cubes. In a 13x9 inch baking dish, arrange cheese, tortellini and tomato halves. Drizzle dressing over top, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill, turning occasionally for at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.

3. Onto rosemary sprigs, evenly thread tortellini, tomota halves and cheese.

From bottom up arrange vertically the cheese cube, then the tomato halves and finally top with the tortellini with the rosemary spring threading through them all and coming out of the top.
