6 medium chicken breasts,
1/2 cup dry white wine,
1- 101/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup,
1- 3 oz can mushrooms, drained, Paprika, 1 cup sour cream, hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
ŠPlace chicken breasts, skin side up, in a 12 x 71/2 x 2 inch baking dish; Sprinkle with salt .Blend wine into mushroom soup. Add mushrooms and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Remove chicken to platter; sprinkle with paprika; Pour sauce into saucepan; Blend in sour cream and heat gently until hot; Serve over chicken and rice

This recipe came from the original "Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book." from the 1970's. I don't think this cook book is even available anymore in its entirety.
It has long been a family favorite. I double the sauce recipe, even if I don't need to double the amount of meat. Quick to fix after work, too!
