enough bread to = a loaf of bread
4-6 eggs
1 stick of butter
1/4 tsp ginger
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 gallon milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Manually cut pieces of bread to 1/2 inch pieces. Pour milk and let sit for 10 minutes. Add other ingredients except raisins and take a kitchen tool to mash and mix all ingredients. Add raisins and stir in. Pour into baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Bread may or may not last long in your home--however--Waste not Want not again!! Take your ends of the bread and freeze until you have what is equivalent to a loaf. When you have enough of leftover hot dog buns, etc take out and whip up this recipe :)
