2 12 oz. cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
1 tsp. Emeril's Essence
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with crackers or use in sandwiches.
