1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup yogurt (substituted for buttermilk)
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
optional:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ēŠ
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients and add with bananas to butter mixture. Add other ingredients. Bake for 60 min. Cool 10 min.

I make this when my bananas have ripened beyond what I like to eat. WASTE not WANT not!!Bananas should be very ripe. I will use just about any flavor of yogurt.
