2 lbs. dry pinto beans
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 fresh jalapeņo

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Drain beans and cover with water. Add salt, onions, bacon, and garlic salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add Rotel, chili powder, and jalapeņo. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer. Stir occasionally.
