4 cups chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp.vegetable oil
2 cups uncooked long grain rice
2 tbsp. Mexi-Food Seasoning (index)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Use a food processor to prepare vegetables. In a boiler, heat chicken broth and tomato sauce until hot. In large skillet, add oil and rice. Saute rice on medium heat until golden brown. Stir in Mexi-Food Seasoning; add vegetables and stir for 1 minute. Add broth/sauce mixture and bring to a good simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; do not remove lid for 5 or 6 minutes.
