1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
4 cups thin, white bread cubes
1 (16 or 20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Fold in pineapple. Fold in the bread cubes. Grease a (12 inch) square pan. Pour pineapple mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
